How to Start
Where you begin your studies for CIPS qualifications depends on your
relevant qualifications and experience.

currently in or hoping to join
operational roles. The
three
Diploma qualifications are aimed at those managing the procurement and
supply function.
Students are advised
to progress through the qualifications in sequence to provide the
underpinning knowledge needed to move up the qualifications ladder.
What if you already have relevant qualifications or experience?
You may be entitled to some unit exemptions if you already have a relevant
degree or qualification. Exemptions are designed to make sure that you do
not repeat learning that has already been undertaken
recently
and recognised. The
CIPS policy on exemptions together with their application process and the
fee they charge can be found ---here---
